1) All types of teachers and staff should be taken in the process of permanency.
2) Salary and grade should be arranged for equal level and civil employees.
3) Service and facilities of teaching profession should be made attractive than other profession.
4) There should be periodic promotion and specific category arrangements.
5) All temporary services should be connected for pension purpose.
6) School education should be kept as the three levels of common rights area in the constitution.
7) Teachers Service Commission should be appointed as a principal and 15% additional allowance of salary should be there.
8) Social Security Fund should be arranged for temporary, private and institutional school teachers.
9) There should be arrangements to connect the service of teachers who have broken service due to conflict victims and professional movement.
10) The Education Office located in the district should have the right to evaluate the performance.
11) The chairman of the School Management Committee and majority members should be parents.
12) There should be provision that can be deployed to teachers in all three levels of educational administration.
13) Teaching Council should be arranged for teachers registration, training and professional development.

15) Teacher’s rate should be under the federal structure and the federal government should take responsibility for the service, conditions and facilities of teachers.
16) The trade union rights of teachers and employees should not be prohibited, but the law to protect.
17) Right to departmental action should not be given to local level. The minimum should be given to the education office and the province located in the district.
18) The salary of institutional schools should be like the teachers of community schools.
19) The age of service entry must be 40.
20) The right to dismiss school permission, and shut down should be given to the province on the recommendation of local level.
21) Number of teacher’s – student ratio should be maintain.
22) Teachers hospital should be arranged.
23) There should be arrangements for holidays for home and temporary people should also be arranged for patient holidays and get money.
24) Teachers should be provided time and financial support for service period study, research, writing and talent exposure.
